Refund Policy

If something is wrong, we make it right. Digital downloads carry a 14 day money back guarantee. Physical prints that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong are replaced free. We ask for the chance to fix a problem before anything else.

• 14 day guarantee. If you are unhappy with a download for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No forms, no argument.
• Delivery problems. If your download link never arrived or expired before you saved the file, we resend it free at any time. Check spam first, then email us.
• After a refund, the license from our Terms of Service ends and we ask that you delete the file and any prints of it.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We ship a free replacement. You do not need to mail anything back.
• Lost in transit. If tracking stalls or the package never arrives, contact us and we will reship or refund.
• Change of mind. Every physical order is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns for preference alone. Minor color variation from your screen is normal for printed art and does not count as a defect. If you are genuinely unhappy, email us anyway. We would rather lose a sale than a neighbor.

Physical orders can be cancelled free until production starts, usually within a few hours of purchase. Email us immediately with your order number and we will cancel it if production has not begun. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled, but the damage and delivery protections above still apply.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. We will confirm by email when the refund is issued.
