Terms of Service

Footprints Continued (“we,” “us,” or “the site”) sells digital downloads and, when available, printed editions of original stories and poems written by Charles Lee of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. By purchasing from or using footprintscontinued.com, you agree to these terms.

When you buy a digital download, you receive a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the file. You may:

• Print the piece for your home, as many copies as you like.
• Print copies for your church, congregation, or place of worship.
• Print a copy as a personal gift.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the file or prints of it.
• Post the full file for public download or share it in place of a purchase.
• Modify the work or remove attribution and present it as your own.

Download links are delivered by email after purchase and expire for security. If your link expires before you save the file, contact us and we will send a fresh one at no charge.

Printed editions (framed prints, canvas, metal, and similar) are produced and shipped by professional print partners. Production times, shipping estimates, and carrier tracking are provided at checkout and by email. Minor color variation between your screen and a physical print is normal and is not a defect.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already placed.

The site describes the author's commitment to give the large majority of proceeds to children's charities. That is a personal commitment by the author, made through established charitable organizations. Your purchase is a purchase of goods, and it is not a charitable donation and is not tax deductible. We share the commitment publicly because it is why this project exists, and we intend to report on it plainly.

The stories, poems, photographs, compositions, and site design are the property of Charles Lee and Footprints Continued and are protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

The site and its products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms as the store grows. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
